They do not manage repairs however you can raise repairs on the above details too where one of our Housing Services Assistants will be happy to help you.
Who cleans my block?
We have a dedicated caretaker for our blocks of flats and if you live in a street property, we rotate our Cleaning Team Operatives to clean the area, however the dedicated Bulk drivers are allocated to sweep, litter pick and clean the areas.

When will you do the walkabout in my area?
Details of your estate walkabouts/inspections will be in the notice boards of your block and or external communal noticeboard if you do not live in a flat.
