Cleaning

We manage the cleaning of internal and external areas across the estates. This includes grass and green areas, communal entrances and car parks.

Our specialist Caretaking Team ensures that we have caretakers for every area, they work flexibly between 7am-5pm every weekday and are scheduled in each block/street property. Our Caretaking Team does not only clean, it also gets involved with other activities such as light bulb replacement and graffiti removal within our blocks .

We also have a deep clean schedule for areas such as bin chutes which require more intense deep cleaning. Similarly to the Council, we provide a bulk service to all residents of Clapton Park, Nye Bevan and Millfields Estate.
