Clapton Park Management Organisation’s Abiola Olatunji, Head of Operations attended a Zero Emission Network (ZEN) event held on 1 April 2025. ZEN is a multiple award-winning air quality business liaison initiative. The network is free to join and focuses on helping businesses and residents in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Westminster and the City of London save money, reduce emissions and improve local air quality.
In support of Hackney Council’s Climate Action Plan and to encourage other businesses to adopt cleaner forms of transport, Abiola presented a brief summary of the organisation’s journey; the outcome of which saw the replacement of two diesel vans with an electrical trike for its day to day repairs and maintenance operations.
