Tenancy Management
As a TMO we are responsible for providing the following services for our residents:
- Income collection:
- Rent accounts
- Garage accounts
- Letting homes (not allocating residents to them)
- Managing empty homes
- Ending tenancies
- Dealing with succession (death of a tenant)
- Dealing with squatters
- Estate inspections
- Managing low level ASB
- Breaches of tenancy
- Mutual exchanges
- Pets permissions
- Carrying out audits
- Managing changes to tenancies such as name changes, changes from joint to sole
These services are provided by a Housing Officer.
