A project led by Hackney Council is underway to decommission the existing communal boiler at Kirkstead Court. It will be replaced with a new air source heat pump. The Council’s contractor have commenced surveys and early mobilisation work with the upgrade due to provide residents with control of their daily use of heating, improved efficiency and value for money.
