We are proud to announce that the organisation has recently procured and now make use of an electrical powered cargo trike for our repairs and caretaking operatives to use. The move brings to an end Clapton Park Management Organisation’s (CPMO) use of two diesel vans which were nearing the end of their use economical life.
CPMO is committed to adopting the use of cleaner forms of energy as part of its day to day activities. This will support cleaner air quality, efficiency, value for money for residents as well as a healthier workforce.
This creative approach for transporting materials and equipment across our three estates leads and pushes the innovative boundaries amongst community led housing service providers. CPMO has plans for additional cleaner means of transportation across our estates in the pipeline which is in line with our business priorities.
