A Continuation Ballot is a vote that allows residents to decide whether they wish for their Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) to continue managing their homes.
TMOs are responsible for managing housing services on behalf of the local authority. A ballot is typically held every five years to determine if residents want their TMO to remain in charge of managing their homes. The CPMO’s ballot is now live, and each household will receive a ballot paper from CIVICA, an independent agent overseeing this process.
To ensure you can continue accessing services through your local housing office, please register a “YES” vote. You can cast your vote by post, digitally, or by placing your ballot in a ballot box at the housing office.
