We are looking for an experienced caretaker. Working in a dedicated cleaning and caretaking team you will need to be physically fit, enjoy outside working and hold a valid driving licence.
The successful individual will need to demonstrate the ability to be organised, efficient and occupy a tidy approach. You will also interact with other housing professionals, including recognising the need to provide an environmentally safe, accessible and attractive estate. You will be sensitive, practical and approachable in outlook and have a good customer service skill set being organised and patient.

Working in a small but dedicated repairs and maintenance team you will bring significant certified skills in carpentry, electrics, plumbing or similar. Whilst a trade is necessary it is also important that you have the motivation to learn an additional trade.
The successful individual will need to demonstrate the ability and discipline to work alone in the social housing world whilst coordinating with other housing professionals. You will be sensitive and practical in outlook, have a good customer service skill set, be organised and patient.
