Clapton Park Management Organisation (CPMO) is on the move. Having made significant changes to their governance and senior team structure over the last two years, now is the time for talented individuals to join the organisation to help move us onto the next level.

We are now looking for experienced and energetic Multi Trade Repairs Operatives to join our repairs and maintenance team. 

We have a need for Multitrade Operatives to join our in-house repairs and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and enthusiastic team working on a range of interesting and unique challenges.

In return, we expect a range of technical skills, professionalism, highly organised, good communication skills, with experience of working in a similar environment and a “can-do” attitude.  Equally important will be to possess an approachable and engaging personality driven with a passion for excellent customer service.  

As a small company, it means that every employee gets involved in delivering our services.  Whilst you will have your primary duties, you will soon learn that no two days are the same, as you can be a genuine part of influencing how we do what we do alongside our tenants. You will play an important role with our ongoing service transformation work.

You will be supported by a small but dedicated senior management team with the experience and ability to match their ambition for their residents. 

Created in 1994, Clapton Park Management Organisation is a resident managed housing organisation.  Our estates comprise 1,200 mixed tenure properties within the East London geographical area.  Our key partner is Hackney Council with our services delivered in partnership with a number of other service providers.

About You

We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Housing Officer (Income) to join our team. You should be able to hit the ground running to manage our housing portfolio. If you welcome a challenge, and are capable of marrying strong self management and administrative skills with empathy and support for individuals yet capable of being tough when needed, we’d love to hear from you.
