Clapton Park Management Organisation (CPMO) is on the move. Having made significant changes to their governance and senior team structure over the last two years, now is the time for talented individuals to join the organisation to help move us onto the next level.

We are now looking for experienced and energetic Multi Trade Repairs Operatives to join our repairs and maintenance team. 

We have a need for Multitrade Operatives to join our in-house repairs and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and enthusiastic team working on a range of interesting and unique challenges.

In return, we expect a range of technical skills, professionalism, highly organised, good communication skills, with experience of working in a similar environment and a “can-do” attitude.  Equally important will be to possess an approachable and engaging personality driven with a passion for excellent customer service.

Having already made significant changes to the quality, levels of delivery and satisfaction for residents over the last three years more improvements are now planned to develop services even further.

We are looking for an experienced skilled Multi-trade Operative. Working in a small but dedicated repairs and maintenance team you will bring significant certified skills in carpentry, electrics, plumbing or similar. While a trade is necessary it is also important that you have the motivation to learn an additional trade9(s) as required. 

The successful individual will need to demonstrate the ability and discipline to work alone in the social housing world as well as coordinating with other housing professionals.

You will be sensitive and practical in outlook have good customer service skill set, be organised and patient.
