Based at our Clapton Park office, the Housing Services Assistant role is part of a small team responsible for providing a comprehensive support and administration service for housing services including responding to a range of enquiries from residents as well as internal and external stakeholders. As the first point of contact you will be driven, professional and customer focused.
The Housing Services Assistant role is central to the success of the wider team and can also be considered a development opportunity for an individual keen to progress a career within housing management.

About You
We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Housing Officer (Income) to join our team. You should be able to hit the ground running to manage our housing portfolio. If you welcome a challenge, and are capable of marrying strong self management and administrative skills with empathy and support for individuals yet capable of being tough when needed, we’d love to hear from you.
